So...Tanner and I have been living in Northwest Arkansas for 2 and a half months now, and I just felt like it was time to post some photos from our life as of recently. We LOVE the midwest!
A beautiful view on our drive out to NWA!

The fullest car that you ever did see.

Crossing the threshold into The Natural State!!

Tanner's first day of being a full-time "Wal-Martian!" Doesn't he look so professional?

A night out for ice cream at the Spark Cafe to celebrate our first few days in the area.

How many people does it take to get rid of German Roaches in our apartment?? (This was literally THE WORST TWO WEEKS OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!) Luckily, we won the battle and no longer have a roach problem. *Sigh*

You know you're in the "South" when.... #BlueBellIceCreamIsBack! #ILoveThisPlace

Yup. That's our mattress. It shipped in the most amazing and weird way possible. Don't worry, we set it up after this photo was taken. It literally popped like the Pillsbury crescent rolls that come in a can.

First time couch buyers! An amazing steal of a deal for the best couch ever!

It's so difficult to look out your living room window and see Holes 2 and 3 on the golf course.... ;)

One of my favorite people! Sister Taylor just so happens to also be the sister-in-law of a childhood friend of mine. Coincidence? I think not! Really, though, she's the best!

The Parade of Homes. We can dream, can't we?

This is the biggest walk-in closet I have ever seen! Tanner looked tiny in it, so that's saying something.

Oh, the view. I would totally buy an expensive house, if only for the view. So pretty!

 Silliness! :)

Found this cute little guy on our sidewalk. He was the fastest turtle I've ever seen. It must be the water around here.

When you live on a golf course, Golf is Life.

You go girl! Heidi's visit to NWA was so fun! Also, she's naturally good at golf.

We attended the LPGA Tournament with Heidi. It was hot, but so worth it to see those tiny women smack the ball 200 yards.

A last minute decision to go to a Rachel Platten concert at the Walmart AMP. She was seriously so good!! I was blown away. :)

And she rocks on the guitar!

Learning to make Heidi's famous chocolate chip cookies! It's an ancient secret recipe. Just kidding. But her cookies are the most delicious cookies I have ever had!

The final touches of decorating. Fixer Upper inspired me to go with a more rustic door hanging. So cute! I love it! Especially since it can stay there all year-round. No more changing wreaths for all the holidays and seasons. Yay!

Oh, and I also learned how to make Lucinda's famous crumble bars. All this dessert baking is going to really put a cramp in my healthy lifestyle.

Heidi and I went on a little hike in NWA. Isn't the greenery and waterfall beautiful!?!?!

Naturally, we checked out Walmart's biggest competitor in NWA: Aldi. I actually enjoyed the items I bought there. Shhh...don't tell Doug McMillon. :)

I told you all this dessert baking was getting out of control! For worse or for better? I don't know! Haha

With some friends at a 4th of July Weekend Naturals game.

 4th of July fireworks fun!

When I said "Golf is Life," I meant, "golf has now become my life because Tanner wants to golf ALL the time."

A package from home! I love my mom. :)

Miranda Lambert concert at the AMP!

Tanner was literally the only one NOT drinking an alcoholic beverage at the concert. People in the south really get into their country music. It's a party every time.

 Saturday morning golf routine!

Northwest Arkansas never ceases to amaze me with it's natural beauty!

 Beaver Lake!

If you look REALLY close in the bottom right hand corner there's a rock that says "Tanner." I guess Tanner really wanted to make his mark at the lake.
This was the cove we sat in and did some cliff jumping from. God's creations are amazing!

The whole group who went to the lake!
 Aren't we cute?

This is the "mini" size ice cream cone at Pit Stop. You should have seen the large....

Well, I guess we're official now folks. An Arkansas license plate for the Jetta. The Jetta has had Colorado, Utah, and now Arkansas plates. I'm thinking we need to just keep going and make it a goal to have the Jetta don every single state's license plate in the U.S.

 Snow cone date!

First time car buyers! We love the Chevy Cruze!

We had the awesome privilege of hearing Tim Tebow speak at Walmart's saturday morning meeting. I was actually really, surpassingly, impressed with the things he said. He mostly talked about his new book coming out in the fall called "Shaken." I might actually read it.

Sexy caddy! I love that Tanner is willing to carry both our bags to golf when we decide not to get a cart. He definitely earns the "Husband of the Year" award. Not just for his caddy skills... ;)
